Delivery Information

Please note that the estimated delivery times are based on working days only (Mon – Fri excluding bank holidays).

Any Orders which are placed on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday or a French public holiday shall be processed as of the following Monday or as of the next working day.

Custom - Shipping & Returns: Please allow 5 to 8 weeks to receive your custom product. Each custom product is made specifically to your specifications and as a result, all sales are final. You will be unable to cancel or return your order once it is confirmed.
